In a world of volume homebuilders and template-designed homes, it is extraordinarily refreshing to find a builder who is as hands on and involved as Andy Reynolds. Andy has been involved in construction since high school, has successfully owned several construction businesses including Reynolds Trim Co. since 1993 and earned his contractor’s license in 2003.
They say when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life, and that is so true for Andy. He followed in the footsteps of his grandfather and father to carve out his place as a premier homebuilder in North Florida and Parade of Homes Winner.
Andy is happily married, has three young children and enjoys spending time with family, offshore fishing, Jaguar games, concerts, and grilling on his Big Green Egg.
Glen Reynolds has been building quality homes since 1974 and is extremely proud of his son and all he has accomplished as a homebuilder. He works side by side with Andy throughout the building process and is integral in drawing the plans for each homeowner.
Glen is a past President of the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association and has been awarded Builder of the Year twice. His homes have excelled in design and he has won numerous awards including Aurora, Grand Aurora and Parade of Homes Awards. He has been featured in magazines such as: Professional Builder, Builder, Southern Living, Florida Design, and more.
Glen believes in serving his community and built the first home in Jacksonville for Habitat for Humanity. He has remained committed to that effort and built several more over the years.
Glen loves spending time with his family, has been happily married for 46 years and is known to boast about his 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
Continuing on in the family tradition, Julie Reynolds keeps everything moving, handling all day to day operations, accounts payable/receivable, maintains schedules and organization of projects, handles all warranty issues for homeowners, and oversees the marketing efforts.
An extensive background in the fashion industry, management and years living abroad has enabled Julie to provide beneficial skills as she works with each customer on their design selections in the showroom.
Julie is dedicated to her two very active and fun-loving boys. She enjoys travel, yoga, paddleboarding and anything on or near the water.
She loves Jacksonville and is excited to see the changes taking place in our city. She is a big supporter of the revitalization of downtown and would love to see Jacksonville grow to successfully compete with other large cities in the South.
